Great communication, was very responsive. Great repair job on rotting wood. Was prompt and reasonable would definitely hire again.

It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!

A phenomenally positive experience. Francisco, the owner, was extremely helpful and always easy to reach. His crew did excellent work and came reliably, exactly when they said they would. They were meticulous about protecting floors and furnishing and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Also, they worked quietly (no radio, etc) which I appreciated greatly as I work from home. The painters spoke very little English and I speak no Spanish. But Francisco was always immediately reachable by phone if something needed to be communicated and he stopped by most days. Last, but certainly not least. We got three estimates and New Era's was the lowest.

This project went great! The owner Francisco was super communicative and kept us up to date with everything. He explained our options, priced everything out per room so we could pick and choose fixes that fit within our budget. On the initial consultation he asked lots of questions and took plentiful notes. We even had a short deadline for our project but they still managed to make it happen. The team was professional and the work speaks for itself! We'll be hiring them again.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Francisco and his crew are friendly, honest and easy to work with. They did an impeccable job of removing wallpaper, meticulously prepping walls and painting most of the rooms in our house. Francisco and his team show up on time and work quickly. They were also very accommodating with adding on a few extra walls and areas that needed attention. I will absolutely use them again. We could not be happier with the quality of New Era Pro Painters work. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

He is attentive to details like degreasing our kitchen cabinets before painting, using more than the usual plastic and drop cloths to keep our furniture dust free, and we appreciated the good communication and simply just being on time each morning. New Era Pro Painting exceeded our expectations on all levels. From the very detailed quote to the great care by which they treated our home. They scraped everything, filled in holes, sanded, replaced rotten boards, primed and then painted our entire three story house. The worksite was kept very clean and the team was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to have on our property. We definitely recommend. Our house looks beautiful.

My wife and myself have used this company before and just used them again. We would recommend them to anyone and they would be the only company we would call for future services. The quality of the work is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about Fransisco and his team. I had a plaster wall cracking and crumbling which was fixed so great you cannot even tell there was any work done to fix the wall. We had a lot of spackling needed with hair line cracks, etc and I cannot even tell where any of them were originally. Even with the high humidity he was still able to get the job done in the 2 day time frame he first said it would take. There was on spot I noticed after they were done and left, he came back within hours of me contacting him the following day. He explained everything upfront when came by for an estimate and followed through! I could not have been more happy and excited with the work, the house looks amazing. They made life easy by moving all furniture and taking down the curtains so I didn’t have to do a thing. I would highly recommend and would use in the future for other work when needed.

New Era Pro has been completing projects at my home for the past 6-7 years. They have rebuilt my porch, painted the interior and exterior of our home as well as redesigned my backyard. Francisco and staff have always been courteous, respectful and very efficient with the work they do. Francisco and Junior are excellent and pays great attention to detail. They always clean up when they are done and respectful of my home. Francisco is excellent with returning phone calls and resolving issues when they arrive. He also make great suggestions. I feel they a truly great craftsman and are definitely PROS. New Era Pro has a customer for life.

Francisco and his team were fantastic!  I would use them again in a heartbeat.  Francisco bid a reasonable price, was incredibly easy to work with, was flexible with the timing and did an amazing job.  We can't believe it is the same house.

Very efficient.  Walls look beautiful.  Painted halls and 5 rooms.  Fixed cracked plaster.  Removed old wallpaper, primed and sealed walls.  Worked as subcontractor.

This company did a very good job painting my rooms, but they have to come back to finish installing my door. It was not done correctly the first time. They haven't done a lot of work for me, but they were very professional, on time and polite in my home. I did find them a bit pricey for the service that they provided but they do provide all of the materials which helps the customer a lot.
