"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

My family missed out on our whole summer vacation all because of these scammers. So, had to bite the bullet and hire another contractor to finally get our deck done, otherwise, we'd be missing out on enjoying the fall weather too. Lesson learned, right? "Rich and his crew renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, all the old removed followed by custom cabinetry, new sink and faucet, micro hood and tile backsplash. They also did the electrical and installation of 5 ceiling fans throughout the house. All the work was beautifully completed, friendly and professional work crew. All work was completed in about 8 business days and cleaned up before they were finished. This crew takes the time and puts the extra effort in with attention to detail.
