"What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Jim was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was punctual and kept every appointment (this is rare in the Poconos). He made many expert recommendations for my job (removing an existing wood entrance deck and replacing with a larger, beautiful Trex version). Sourcing materials in the Summer of 2020 was very difficult, but Jim was able to get everything needed and completed the job on time and for the price agreed on. The work done by Jim and his son-in-law was high quality and a great value. What a great find. Highly recommend!"

After two cancellations I decided to find someone local that could do the job. A few folks responded but Legacy followed up and asked me questions which is something I appreciated. I could tell from his questions that we wanted to fully understand what I’d wanted and work with me to find the best options (purchasing materials, etc.) He also was very forthcoming with the information I requested (pictures, etc.) which I also appreciated.
