After two cancellations I decided to find someone local that could do the job. A few folks responded but Legacy followed up and asked me questions which is something I appreciated. I could tell from his questions that we wanted to fully understand what I’d wanted and work with me to find the best options (purchasing materials, etc.) He also was very forthcoming with the information I requested (pictures, etc.) which I also appreciated. When he arrived at my residence to complete the job he walked me through the process and consulted me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the final outcome.
