The response to initial inquiry is prompt (within hours) I sent him pictures from my phone of what needed to be done. He confirmed the parts that would be needed, picked a date and time mutually agreeable, and I received an email on the day of service when he would be arriving. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be sorry."
