Outstanding, very professional service. Two different technicians worked on our refrigerator, and got it running again. Unfortunately, age eventually caught up with the unit, and we had to replace it. Still, I have no regrets, and will definitely hire Harris TV and Appliance again.

We had been having problems with our machine for months. It would shut off regularly displaying a code that indicated the load was unbalanced. It was under warranty. They sent a repairman from another company. He told us we needed a new control panel. It took over a month to get the part and get him back. It did not fix the problem. The Harris technician came over and assessed the problem. He said it needed new "shocks." I told him to order the parts. A week later Harris called and said the parts were in. The same repairman came back, installed the shocks and (so far it has only been a little over a week) it is working fine.

Our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling due to frozen fan. This had happened before and we had to defrost it. We read it was a common problem with our brand/model, so really thought we would just have to deal with this every several months. Called Harris who promptly sent a technician out. The technician diagnosed the problem which was a frozen drain and fan. He defrosted it, but did not just stop there and leave (he could have easily continued to come out every 6 months and take our money when this happened again). He actually addressed the problem and came up with a great solution, running a copper wire from the heating element into the drain to keep it a bit warmer and prevent the frozen drain cycle from starting again. My husband was very impressed (which is hard to do)! We will definitely use them again!

They came right out and took care of it. They are very good. When I go to buy appliance, I do not go shopping. I go to Harris. They are usually very compatible with anyone else.

It took him twenty minutes to replace the timer on my oven. It has been fine. He showed up on time.

Originally the tech took ~10 mintues to assess the problem. Had to order part. Came back, took ~10 mintues to install new part. $59 for original call, $34 for part and $35 plus tax. $101 for 20 minutes work. Usually there work is excellent but will look elsewhere in the future do to the increased pricing.

The installation went smoothly and the two guys they sent were very polite and knowledgeable. They explained how both units worked. The tech guys were very pleasant to work with. After they left and with the purchase price being to good I felt like I hit the jackpot. Being they are a local company I wasn't expecting the good price I got on the washer and dryer. I even did two loads of wash in 2 hours and compared to my older units this was very quick.

I paid half upfront (1/2 of $120), but they told me if the t.v. couldn't be fixed, I'd get $35.00 towards a new t.v. as they also sell t.v.s and appliances there. They said they fixed it, so I paid the other half, took the t.v. home and went on vacation. When I came back from vacation, I turned it on and it didn't work...I NEVER even used it, so really I feel the tech should have just said it wasn't fixable from the beginning and saved me paying the other half, etc. Anyway, I took it back and they told me that they couldn't repair it and then I was only going to get back half towards a new t.v. and not the thirty five. However, when I called them to tell them I'd be in to pick up my refund, they did say they'd be returning $57.00. I let them keep the t.v. and they mailed the refund.
*The owner called me and said they are returning the 57 and I guess it was a a misunderstanding about the $35 towards buying a t.v. from them. Anyway, it is too late to get $35.00 torwards a new t.v. from them since I already purchased a new one. However, I did appreciate that the owner called and stated it was a misunderstanding and they do try to please the customer. He said they couldn't repay the whole thing since they have to pay the tech but the 35 dollars was a misunderstanding. I think he will fix the misunderstanding with his employees in the future so that is good. The lesson I think I learned though is that if your t.v. needs fixed, it is probably better to just buy a new one these days.

Geeeezz... been too long for me to remember. We made several purchases from them in prior years and when we needed a tv repair, they told us to bring it in at our convenience. My husband took it in the following afternoon, they called him the next day, told him what was wrong and the approximate cost of the repair. He okayed the expense and the tv was back in our house, completely fixed, three days later. Until tropical storm Lee flooded our game room, that television served as the tv used by my husband and boys to watch sports.

They were supposed to call back on the 12 to let us know that a part was in, but we haven't heard from them since.

We bought a refrigerator for our garage. In the winter months the
freezer portion was not cooling well. The repairman came out and
checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong, and left with no
repair. We found on the internet that you need to add a garage kit to
the new refrigerator/freezer combos. The seller HH Gregg did not tell
us this, and the repairman from Harris was unaware of it. We purchased
the kit online and had it shipped to us. Harris came back out and
installed it. Overall Harris is good to deal with, but they should have
known (or found out about) the garage kit.

They were reasonably priced. They were prompt. They showed up when they were supposed to. The repairmen did what they were supposed to and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. We would recommend them to family and friends.

The person who came out to do the job was very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing even though the TV was very old. He actually told me that it was in good shape. I was thinking I needed to replace it. But, once he was done, the picture quality was great again. He saved me money on investing on a new TV.

Diagnosis and replacement was quickly and professionally done. Part was received quickly (2 days) and technician was new his job, professional and courteous. We were very pleased. This is the second time this month we have used Harris for repair. They worked on our flat screen Samsung TV with the same A+ review.
