Techs had a plumbing issue they could not fix, lead tech Cody was on the phone getting a master plumber to fix the problem. Tech's Cody and Tracy worked well together like clockwork. "Mike did the troubleshooting to identify the fault while explaining to me what he was observing, then isolated the problem down to the well pump (which I already suspected). I also watched Mike do a meticulous job in shrink-tubing the connections, wrapping it all in electrical tape, and inspecting the entire length of electrical conductor TWICE. What Mike did NOT do was try to sell me an entire GrundFos system when all I needed was the pump. Yes, I had a past plumber contractor try to load up my bill unnecessarily.
