"This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. "Mike did the troubleshooting to identify the fault while explaining to me what he was observing, then isolated the problem down to the well pump (which I already suspected). I also watched Mike do a meticulous job in shrink-tubing the connections, wrapping it all in electrical tape, and inspecting the entire length of electrical conductor TWICE. What Mike did NOT do was try to sell me an entire GrundFos system when all I needed was the pump. Yes, I had a past plumber contractor try to load up my bill unnecessarily.
