Tech showed up the next day as scheduled and replaced a faulty evaporator fan motor in fridge. However, when reassembling the parts, the freezer light was not working. The tech stated he had to order a part to fix it and would schedule another visit when it came in. They have been giving me the run-around ever since and have not repaired their mistake. Buyer Beware, trusting them to return after paying for the original service call was a mistake.

Horrible ! Discourteous . Still have not fixed what they broke 6 weeks ago - our fully functional, GE icemaker. (Father and son techs removed the icemaker to gain access to the freezer fan, which they did replace. ) The tech dumped a full vat of ice cubes to remove the icemaker , though later he said it had " never worked ". What audacity ! Techs spoke on cell phones many times - not in English - with no explanation, while actively working on our frig . That's unsettling . Customers deserve to know what you are doing . They gouged our kitchen floor TO THE SUBFLOORING by pivoting the frig , never having wrenched the front wheels...basic frig 101. The " expert " floor repair was superglue AND the tech stated " the floor was old ". (Not true but inappropriate regardless. ) SARCON no longer returns our calls . Of 3 addresses listed , one is a gas station , one a private residence and one ...Linglestown Rd .. could not find it . I / we have never written a negative review but felt dutybound to warn potential clients .

Replied quick to the initial request. Sarcom arrived for the initial diagnostic fee of 85 dollars. The initial issue was stated that it was a sensor. Total cost was 175. Less than a day the freezer continued to have issues they came back out and stated it was misdiagnosed and they replaced a fan. After 3 emails they came back out a third time on 2/17/22 This time they replaced the fan timer and charged an additional 85 dollars. Overall this wasn’t done correctly the first time and they continued to charge me after claiming the work has a 90 day warranty. The whole point of a diagnostic fee is to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem the first time. Total cost is 260 never again As of 02/22/22 scheduled a technician for ongoing issues with the Freezer they wasted my entire day and did not show up this companies lack of professionalism and lack of care is unmatched at this point i feel like they are not using new parts. 2/23/22- Technician who arrived again at was absurdly rude to my girlfriend I was on the phone with her at the time . I had spoken to the owner over the weekend he offered some money back for all the headache and being charged multiple times. The technician Gave us the wrong refund check for with another couples name and told us we can find another company to fix our refrigerator. We either want the problem fixed or a refund not both.. Again he never called just arrived not sure what’s so difficult with fixing a fridge correctly the first time. When he left he stated do not disturb anymore. Photo is of the “new” part in a ziplock bag

The technician came to repair my refrigerator and ended up breaking my vaccum cleaner in the process by vacuuming up water without my knowledge. After many unanswered messages he dropped off a used, still full vaccum cleaner. While he did later return to check the refrigerator, which was still not keeping cold, he stated my vaccum cleaner would be fine once it "dried out." Although he claims he fixed the refrigerator, it is still not keeping cold and goes through cycles of freezing and defrosting. The fridge ended up leaking large amounts of water one day, which came from the filter that had not been used prior. Although I cannot prove that this was his fault, it does not take away from the fact that I paid for repair that didnt fix the issue and lost an expensive vaccum cleaner (he took the dirty replacement back). I made numerous attempts to get it resolved and have yet to receive a response. Communication goes a long way and that was not the case. UPDATE - I contacted the company as requested and was promised a refund on the repair and reimbursement for the vaccum cleaner. It has been one month and after several attempts to get it resolved I have not received anything. The fact remains - the refrigerator was not repaired and the technician broke my vacuum cleaner. It should not take three months for a company to make this right.

Service person showed up on time and got right to work. He had done all the things we already did but did go deeper and we have not had an issue since. We watched what he did and think if it were to happen again we would be able to fix it ourselves. Was a little pricey for the short time he was there but I'm happy with the results since it has not leaked since and it has been several months now since the service was performed.

Ice maker had been broken for about a week. Called SARCON this morning, 10-5-15, and the serviceman gave me a time to come over to look at the problem. He arrived when promised and immediately went to work. Within a half hour he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The cost was minimal compared to replacing the whole ice maker unit.  I was going to order the unit and replace it my self at a cost of $210.00 and it still wouldn't have been fixed right.  Very glad I called and had a professional look at the ice maker. Saved me money in the end.

Zaid was punctual and courteous! He is well educated and well versed in appliances and also many other scientific type stuff!! A highly intelligent man. He wasn't sure if the part was going to fix my burner, he prepared me for the worst.... maybe buying an entire new cooktop, but he pursued getting the part, and we were both, happy... it worked!!!! I would highly recommend Sarcon! Thank you!

I bought a big deal from this company for appliance repairs. What is funny is that ever since that guy worked on our dryer, there is stuff coming out of the dryer. Two minutes ago my wife just said the dryer is not working right since the that guy worked on it. I might have to go out and take that vent cover off and look at it. He took our whole dryer apart to clean it and my wife said ever since he left there is stuff going all over the inside of the closet. My wife has been vacuuming out the shelves in the closet ever since he worked on it. He took the outside vent off and supposedly cleaned it to the dryer. The outside vent is only about 12 inches long. It was not too long after we purchased the deal that he came out. He did not put the dryer back together properly, I guess, or something is not together right. The dryer was not doing anything like that before. We were just doing some proactive maintenance on it because I saw the special on Angie's List. Otherwise I would not have had him in here. I did not really need him. The big deal price only covers him taking the cover off on the outside and cleaning outwards in on the tube as far as they can go and that is all that covers. Then what happens is he says that's all he did, but if you really want your dryer cleaned out I will charge you, I think it was another $149 to take the cover off and clean it and vacuum it and put it back together. The $60 sounds good, so it is sort of a rip off. I have never done anything like this so I don't know what it costs. It was misleading; it sounds cheap but actually it is very expensive what they did. He was punctual.

That was fine. There wasn't any extra charge. They did a fine job. There were two workers. I think it was the owner of the company. I'm not sure. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. I guess the price included the travel time and everything. It was very fair. The quality was fine. The overall work was very good. They were very prompt. They were right on time.

They arrived in assigned time window.  Were there for only 1 hour.  They do from inside.  2 guys.  They have accents.  But is OK because my wife has accent.  They discussed process.  Was all very quick.  They suggested a service to my machine which I approved and they did not upcharge for it.  They suggested their appliance repair service which I will consider when needed.  This is a good company.  I would strongly recommend them.  They did exactly what they said they would do, plus a little more.   Before service took 3 cycles to dry one load.  NOW only takes one.  So the payback on repair will be soon.
