"Edgar has done everything from tearing down and rebuilding brick stoop walls and topping with new cement toppers, repointing brickwork on the main house to repairing a very high chimney on a terra cotta roof. The crew removed the lower section of drywall and most of the studs, then broke out about 18 inches of the cement floor to install stone and a perforated pipe before finishing everything with fresh cement.
