"We paid Brett to install a water softener unit and change our whole house filter. After the install, I called Brett because the techs did not do many of the steps in the install manual and Brett rudely told me to “chill out” and said that’s how they always install water softeners. I was taken aback by his lack of professionalism but shook it off. Then we had a water specialist over about 2 months later and he took one look at the set up and said it was piped in wrong and that the water from our well should first go through our whole house water filter and then through the softener instead of to the softener first and that the softener unit was not meant to filter the bigger sediment coming first. I contacted Brett and he responded with a series of very defensive and rude texts and told me not to text him anymore and that I was a problem from the beginning! I would not recommend using this company. Brett’s anger issues and poor customer service are not worth the time or money."
