"Wonderful company! I hired them to install my new lights in my bedrooms and repaired outlets in my kitchen. They were very friendly and smart, the fixed my issues with no problems! 5 stars!"

"I hired Juan to mount a TV on the wall at my house. He was prompt and very nice! He also helped me to install a new router and get my devices connected. Highly recommended for excellent service!"

"Finally got one of the doorbell cameras that we’ve been seeing on TV commercials and at some of our family member’s houses. Alarm Protection Group was terrific in pricing this out for us and getting it up up and going. Simple and easy security solution!"

"We own a small family operated jewelry store and decided to get ADT for protection and surveillance. Prior, we just had Ring and it was not sufficient or reliable. This has clearer cameras and a much better app experience. Happy with our new system and equipment."

"We contracted with L&R Security over 30 years ago to secure our former home. Our system and the service we received along with it were so superb that we hired them again 2 1/2 years ago when we moved to a new home. Ray and his competent staff installed a wonderful system for us. Having done business with them for 33 years now, we can’t say enough good things about them. We appreciate their honesty, integrity, knowledge, fair pricing, and attentiveness to any problems or concerns we had. We highly recommend L&R Security."

"Let me begin by simply stating – you cannot go wrong with Shield Security.  Mr. Rosenberger is by far the most knowledgeable and reliable person I had the pleasure of dealing with when deciding upon, and eventually choosing, a security system for my new home. He explained the various systems and all the available functions available to me and went over the costs. Together, we chose the system that best fit my needs and not once did he try to sell me anything beyond what I needed. I am far from tech-savvy, so it was crucial I had someone who could ensure I understood all aspects of the system and Mr. Rosenberger did just that.  He even quizzed me on the emergency codes I must remember in case I am ever in a dangerous situation.  Installation was done on the date we decided upon, on time, and in a professional manner.  My Shield Security System is easy to operate and, as a woman alone, gives me great piece of mind.  He uses Honeywell products which I learned is the preferred brand in the industry. Reliable, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and, simply, a nice person, Mr. Rosenberger and his product will always be my only choice in security.

"It's all very user friendly and reliable. Jeremy helped get us setup with our new system - he was great, very informative and candid. Larry came out and installed everything, and he was a pleasure. I totally recommend 1st Security USA to anyone in the Washington DC metro area."

"The installation was done professionaliy I was mostly impressed with the ethernet wiring portion of the install, all wires were strung through condiuts..There were no visible cables hanging from the walls..The cameras are brilliant at night..The night vision in those cameras are perfect..The installer was able to connect 2 buildings without cabling.. 30 cameras installed, amazing job.."

"Installation was easy. Equipment looks and feels sturdy and durable. I purchased the indoor camera, sensors, motion sensor and doorbell camera. Doorbell has yet to be installed so cant review that yet, but all other items work great! Indoor camera viewing is easy with the app that also allows you to arm & disarm alarm. Learning how to use the system is easy, we relied on the video tutorials provided, but I know there is customer service. Thankfully we have not had an emergency, so yet to see the response, but so far I would definitely recommend!"
