Leonard asked excessive number of technical questions about the job which I answered in a good phase. He became hostile during the conversation, cursed at me and abruptly hung up. He's highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

The installation was done professionaliy I was mostly impressed with the ethernet wiring portion of the install, all wires were strung through condiuts..There were no visible cables hanging from the walls..The cameras are brilliant at night..The night vision in those cameras are perfect..The installer was able to connect 2 buildings without cabling.. 30 cameras installed, amazing job..

Leonard was very professional and courteous to everyone at the church. He was always on time and did an excellent job installing the church surveillance system. Leonard gave us a highly quality security system at a very affordable price. He was very knowledgeable about the latest high tech surveillance equipment which would detect motion in and around the church properties during the day and night. We were overall very satisfied with his work!

Professional and proficient. Was able to quickly diagnose a problem that my telephone provider (Comcast) did not -- after contacting them several times. Resolved it on his first visit. Was in good communication about what was occurring and would consider his service an excellent value for the money. Would hire ASLAPRO again.

Leonard was more than what I expected. Within minutes of inquiring a quote he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He explained everything in detail for someone who may not be too familiar with service terms. He also was very prompt with service, he was able to come out the day we contacted him to test and find the problem. Within 3 days we were up and running with a new phone system and it works wonderfully. A few days later we found something that wasn't quite working to our needs and Leonard quickly came and fixed that for us as well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will continue to work with him in the future!!!

They showed up and took care of my issues and were the most reasonable out of all the other companies I looked into. I am going to be using them again for additional work as well. The only problem was that they showed up over a half hour late, but again they were worth the wait.

The only problem I had was that on the phone I was told no more than a 2 hour job. He showed up 2 hours late (flat tire) worked for 2 1/2 hours and charged me for 3. However evertthing works fine and I'm satisfied. Thanks
