"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"I seldom give out 5 stars but he really went above and beyond the call of duty. I had 8 windows where I needed curtain rod base plates properly fixed to the walls. I live in a manufactured home, so the studs are wherever the builders felt like placing them. And then there's the drywall. Well it took the 2 of them 2 hours for that project with a few bumps along the way but the result was great. Would definitely hire him again. Also the price was great, and no hidden or extra charges. "Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for all your needs."
