"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"I seldom give out 5 stars but he really went above and beyond the call of duty. I had 8 windows where I needed curtain rod base plates properly fixed to the walls. I live in a manufactured home, so the studs are wherever the builders felt like placing them. And then there's the drywall. Well it took the 2 of them 2 hours for that project with a few bumps along the way but the result was great. Would definitely hire him again. Also the price was great, and no hidden or extra charges. It was exactly the quoted estimate. Thx"

"Sunny's services was amazing - as a single mom I am always nervous about people coming into my home, and finding the right person to trust. The two gentleman that came were able to come the same day, and were extremely professional and kind to fix my broken door handle. I always like to ask questions so I can learn to do things myself, they weren't bothered by this at all ( as some handymen are) . "Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."
