I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. He finished the repairs on not only the siding spots I identified, he fixed a 3rd issue that we did not even recognize! All repairs were complete in under an hour!! "Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
