"Sunny Services provided excellent professional services."

"Everything went great. Mr. Handyman was responsive to my request, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and thoroughly answered my questions. Sam was the individual who did the work. He conducted himself in a professional pleasant manner, did a fantastic job, and I'm continuing to request his service for other projects. Although thru no fault of his...that $178.00 upfront fee they charge for the first hour is hard to swallow every time I need work done."

"Everything from inquiring about the service offered to the completion of the job was seem less. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful when I wasn’t making decisions on what colors to paint home. All work was done in a timely manner. I can’t say enough nice things about these people!! Highly recommend!"

"We not only had the sliding door replaced, but also had the front door and storm adjusted to fit correctly and stop the extreme drafts. These sound like simple projects, but as neither was fitted or installed correctly in the first place, they turned out to be far more complicated than anyone imagined. Craig perservered and the end result is a draft-free hallway with two good looking doors. We anticipate using his services again for other projects."

"Velez Home-Improvement did an excellent job. Fixed my clothes closet better than new. Very happy with the service, will hire them again."

"Did what he was supposed to do and a little more due to issues not known before the job was done. Good customer service. ð"

"Arrived late, made a big mess, didn t do one of the things that was important for me about the job (haul away), misdiagnosed my garage door problem (spent five minutes on it) and left large chunks of visible caulking on my highest windows that I must remove now. He also measured the hole for the microwave bolt several times and cut it several times because his measuring was off."
