Nate Keen, the Service Technician, arrived on-time and was aware of what work needed to be preformed. One activity was changed from working on a deck railing to working on a stairwell bannister. He was accommodating. He did the work quickly, accurately and cleaned up went the work was completed. He knew what he was doing even when a task was changed.

"I hired Richard Noll to power wash and stain my deck. Before arriving Richard asked me about the HOA requirements for the stain. When he arrived, he verified with me the type of stain to use and purchased the stain at Home Depot. He also noticed and showed me that the lattice was pulling away from the deck and a few boards that needed to be nailed down. Richard fixed the deck and completed the deck. The deck looks great! I will hire Richard again. Richard also fixed a toilet for me."

"They are the best I had some odd jobs from yard work to painting trim to organization and they came out and did all the odd jobs I was neglecting and putting off. They were so fair and kind to me as well. And for a seed bonus I also have bigger projects now like a kitchen back splash and new door I need installed and they told me they can also do certain things not listed on the site so they wear many hats. It’s very hard to find a good contractor / handyman that you can call on the fly it takes months for them to get back to me but not these guys they are very reliable .
