1.1k+ I had the worst experience in my life with the swearing and extremely bad attitude of the "technician". He came late, he took a look at the toilet and declared that I have to buy and install (INSTALL MYSELF) a flange. When I asked him if he can do it, he threw our phone, slammed the entry...
Jared Holiday did this work. He was professional and did an excellent weld job on the sweat tee and shutoff valve installation. Recommended Fix-n-Flow to my daughter for an emergency toilet leak and the other co-owner Sean did a super job there a few days later.
Jay came and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace the faulty valve. He also was able to fix the toilet that was running.
It's been over two weeks and I still don't have a working toilet! I had to file a claim with my home owners insurance to to get the job properly done by another company.

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

Mr. Dotson said to James A.: “I actually can’t believe that you moved the glue buckets out of the way to sweep in the corners. The last kid we had never took the time to do that.” From that day forward, James had a permanent place at Dotson Brothers. He quickly moved on to shop hand, and was allowed to help create the laminate counter tops the company made. After only a short amount of time, Mr. Dotson had trusted Jim with crafting them on his own. Jim took to it with excellent initiative. However, after an extended amount of time creating counter tops, it was time to move on with his career… James’ grandmother owned a two car garage she rented out for tenants.
