Our kitchen sink was leaking, actually what water came out of the faucet was draining into the bucket under the sink so that the sink was unusable. He fixed it quickly and explained what was wrong. Unfortunately, the garbage disposal was also leaking as well. I had him return and install a new garbage disposal and a new toilet the next Friday. Again, he and a partner returned exactly when he said. One fixed the garbage disposal and thr other worked on the toilet. They finished quickly and left everything clean. Would highly recommend."

"Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed. I have subsequently had 2 calls from them asking me to call if I want to discuss the replacement. I don't want to discuss it; the first call was fair enough, the second was nagging."

"Very nice and easy to talk to. He was the only one that responded out of 3 companies I contacted. He got back to me in a couple of hrs when going through Angie.very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. I live in a mobile home and some of the fittings I had to end up having someone that knew what they were doing to come in and fix the piping since it’s not like a normal house. I had to have him replace a water valves underneath the sink that was leaking while he was here. I had him do the sinks in both bathrooms. It only took him a little bit over an hour to fix the job.
