Great. The technicians were on time, explained everything, tried their best to keep our water on, quick to get the job done and everything has been working great. They were also the best quote of several companies.

I had experienced the 3rd water leak in my house - built on a slab with the leaks in pipes underneath the slab. The cost to repair was large and no guarantee I wouldn't get another leak shortly thereafter. So I decided to have the house repiped. Zurn had replaced the leaky main water line to the house last year so I asked them for a quote. It was a reasonable price compared to others I had seen. John and Richard came out and in a few days had the whole house repiped with Pex. They worked hard, efficiently, and neatly. Ted Zurn came out personally to check on the work several times. When there was a question about the scope of work at one point, Ted was emphatic that they were going to honor their agreement and make sure I was satisfied. It is refreshing to work with a company committed to doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do. I have already recommended Zurn to some good friends because I know they will do a great job. Thanks again for a job well done!

Matt inspected all plumbing and provided advice on future replacement of electric water heater.

They were able to pinpoint the leak and noticed a valve that needed to be replaced. They did it in a timely and professional manner.

The technician tried to talk me into replacing two pipes under two sinks. I opted to replace two pipes under one sink. Work was completed in less that half an hour. I asked how much of the $250+ cost was for materials. They couldn’t tell me. Only would quote what was written in their book as the set cost. This is a very corporate way of doing business, not individualized. Not a common sense or consumer-friendly way to work. I would hire them again because they are good, but would be very mindful that their pricing leaves a great deal to be desired. The consumer never gets a break from zurn when it comes to costs. In my experience, that is true. So know what you’re getting into before you hire them. And take recommendations as simply that-something you might want to consider, but not absolutely necessary.

He was punctual, helpful, thorough, and the price was very fair. I will call Zurn again!

I would highly recommend anyone avoid this company! I'm a 57 year old homeowner and I've owned 5 houses, and presently own two and rent one. I do a lot of simple repairs myself but I hate plumbing. The drain line from my washing machine was partially clogged in my rental house. I bought a 25 ft. snake from Home Depot for $49 you attach to your drill to snake it myself, did not work. Afterwards I bought the Zurn $49.95 service call to have them check it out. They were very professional and timely. After a few minutes of troubleshooting the drain, the tech pulled out his notebook with the laminated price sheets and told me to snake the line would be $450, minus the $100 for the Angie's List promo. This process takes at the most 20 minutes to either clear the line or go to other options. I asked him what they would do if that didn't work, (since I'd already attempted that option), and he said if they have to replace the line it would cost $2000-$3000! I told them their prices were outrageous and to leave. These guys are pure crooks. I feel sorry for the customers they take advantage of like elderly people and non DIYs. Fortunately I was referred to another independent plumber who snaked the line for $150 and texted me a photo of the product to use to clear out remaining residue and keep the line clear. It's been 2 months and no re-occurrence. He said if he had to replace the line it would be $500.00 which I would have happily paid. Do not use Zurn plumbing. They will kill you with kindness while they steal your wallet. To be fair, I don't think Zurn is the only company that practices this way. My recommendation is to avoid all the big plumbing companies and find a small independent guy through referrals that will treat you right.

Zurn did a great job! They were professional and provided prompt quality service. I had a couple other companies give estimates which were considerably higher and actually rose when I asked to come back to discuss how they would do it. The job wasn't rocket science, but does require experience and understanding of what needs to be done to do the work correctly. I felt like the other companies just made a rough guess and padded it to cover themselves for making uneducated estimated. Zurn hand wrote their estimate, arrived as promised a couple of days later and completed the work the morning of the second day. They had the line in and working the afternoon of the first day and the second was only to smooth where the line was dug up. I felt comfortable working with them in that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my lack of understanding of what it takes to do this sort of work. They did an honest job for a reasonable price.

Great, have a various options and price points from low - high on how to replace broken handle knobs for shower. Was pleased with completion of work.

Very Well - they did this 2 years ago and we have done exhaustive comparison with other plumbers. They are honest as well. We went thru lots of different options, and they follow up.

Initially, they tried new check valves, which turned out to work, but only short term. Eventually, they solved this tricky situation, by redoing the external piping system. Alex stuck with the problem, sometimes making free return trips, until he got it solved. Very satisfied.

They picked out faucets that are entirely way too large for the lavatory and make it so that I am almost completely unable to use it. They had to chisel out a part of my tile wall to do the work and they didn't warn me of that ahead of time. When they were done I went in and they had covered the hole with duct tape. When I called to tell them that the faucets were wrong, he said, "well you knew what we were putting in. We can't just take them back." He didn't even give me the chance to tell him that I'd be willing to pay to have them switched out. I was so completely disappointed because I'd used their services in the past with excellent results.
