"I cannot give enough kudos to the Conrad Homes crew. Mike West, John and Brian did a thoroughly professional job finishing part of our unfinished basement. The work is well done and finished very nicely; they were efficient and friendly. Work included framing, drywall, trim, suspended ceiling and painting, plus installation of several electrical outlets and ceiling fixtures."

"Dean and his team were very professional. They were able to come in and quickly give me an estimate and schedule the job. The job was done in a timely fashion and they gave me updates all the way. They cleaned up well and I didn't have to worry about drywall dust and materials left behind. Even stayed late to make sure the job was completed on the date promised. I will be using them again for a bathroom addition in the future. They did an amazing job and the bathroom turned out beautifully!"
