It went well. There were obstacles that they ran into, but they were able to resolve them and finish the project.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Project turned out better than expected! Contractor listened to our needs and wants and remained professional at all times. He made suggestions which really helped in the completion, function, and beauty of the project. We never had to worry. We moved from another state and had no prior experience with this contractor but were quickly impressed with him and his subs. He was responsive, professional, and punctual. We will definitely hire him again when we need additional projects completed!

I had a full renovation of my kitchen, in my 1910 Four Square home. Milton Shank was my GC and he arraged all subs, and also did the work!! He was hands-on for the whole job. I recommend Mr. Shank to anyone looking for a thorough, detailed contractor, from start to finish.

Jobs went very well, even through the Covid lock down. Milton was very attentive to schedules, was a great listener from design through all phases, and his crew was professional and friendly. We are pleased with the remodeled master bath, and finished basement adding a full bath and kitchenette. I highly recommend!
