"Do not hire Bruce Merlino. We hired him to update our retirement home..he never finished one project he started. We lost out on thousands of dollars, maybe not lost out but scammed out of thousands of dollars. We will have to hire someone else to come in and fix all of his mistakes. He claims he's a man of the church. Lies. He had been working on our house since December of 2024. From kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, installing floors, carpet, updating electrical outlets.. custom built shelves, enclosing a porch.. nothing was done right. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! "

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."
