"I hired Michele to demo existing tile backsplash and install new. She was able to preserve the majority of the underlying wall and prime if for the new tile which in itself was a large task as it appeared that it was not professionally installed. She took her time to ensure that the tile was straight and that the grout lines were symmetrical. It looked very clean and precise. She was prompt everyday, she cleaned up after herself every day, was was quiet and respectful during her time working on the job which was important because my husband works from home. She completed the job in the planned time frame and on the days as promised to accommodate our schedule. I will recommend Michele to anyone needing high quality tile work in the future!
