 + -1 moreThe quality of the work is great and they were responsive and attentive to our needs. They provide excellent design help. Olde Yorke is not the cheapest, but one gets what one pays for. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They do a lot of finish work, and electrical work as well. They came out to put a number on the house and fix the letter box for mail.

 + -1 moreThey do phenominal work and only top quality work. The owner is extremely skilled in knowing historial homes and coming up with a design that respects the area. They never allowed me to go unhappy. If and when mistakes were made they would not stop until we were happy. Everyone that worked for the company from the carpenters to the subcontractors were top quality and fine people to work with. Olde York Homes had a high standard for who they would sub contract. If you choose to work with Olde York Homes you can expect that they will be slower than other contractors, but this is because they do detailed fine carpentry and will not allow their customers to go unhappy. This takes time.
Description of Work: They did new construction and renovation of our 1850 home. We had a two story historically-respectful addition plus major interior renovation to the original home.
