"I hired Michele to demo existing tile backsplash and install new. She was able to preserve the majority of the underlying wall and prime if for the new tile which in itself was a large task as it appeared that it was not professionally installed. She took her time to ensure that the tile was straight and that the grout lines were symmetrical. It looked very clean and precise. She was prompt everyday, she cleaned up after herself every day, was was quiet and respectful during her time working on the job which was important because my husband works from home. She completed the job in the planned time frame and on the days as promised to accommodate our schedule. I will recommend Michele to anyone needing high quality tile work in the future! "I hired David Sauder renovations to make some improvements to my mothers house (interior and exterior) prior to selling the property, and then followed up with home-inspection repairs during the sales process. Work consisted of replacing a bathroom vanity, kitchen sink and associated plumbing, repairing plumbing leaks to exterior faucets, building new walls in the basement bathroom, minor exterior repairs to vinyl siding, and installing GFCI outlets. "We consulted with Robert Horne Contracting to remodel a very dated bathroom for us. From the start, they were very communicative from when he'd have the estimate (we ended up getting that earlier than anticipated) to picking out fixtures to start date. As with any old house, there were some challenges with hidden things which added to the tasks needing to be performed. He told us about those as they came up and gave us the very reasonable estimates, if the issue required extra work. He was able to remove the build-out above the sink and rework the plumbing to vastly open up that space giving the appearance of a bigger, roomier room. We did a walk-through and got written confirmation of our punch list items. He gave us a date of when he'd be out to complete the odds and ends and was there promptly on the given day. We are very satisfied with the work he performed and especially with the communication. We never once wondered when he'd be there or what was going on with products being delivered, etc. We are very happy customers!"
