Chuck's work is great.. when he shows up. He is absolutely terrible at returning calls. He has a hard time getting the projects done on a agreed deadline. Chuck never seems have everything to complete the task. Sometimes leaving several times a day to get something he forgot. The final straw was when he started a project and didn't have everything he needed. Which he had two months lead time to plan for. He left after one day with only half the job finished and has NEVER returned to finish the job. We've attempted to reach him via text and phone calls for over a month. We would never recommend him. Terrible service.

Chuck did a fantastic job.  He really takes pride in his work and wants it done correctly the first time.  The project ran longer than I was hoping for but part of that was supplier issues and part of it was general scheduling.  My initial contact with Chuck was in the Febuaray timeframe; he came out and gave me an estimate.  I was not able to have the work performed then and asked if I contact him in a few months.  Fast Forward 4 months and the work is complete.  We could not be happier and have asked him for estimates on other projects.

Work was done exactly as promised. We are very happy with our new shower and drain. Looks very good and functions perfectly. Chuck's prices were stellar for the quality of work he provides. Exhaust fans and ceiling fan looks great also! We are currently waiting on Chuck to come back out to work on more projects. The only issue is that he is so good, he stays very busy. I don't mind waiting for quality service though.

Chuck came out to give us an estimate on kitchen tile back splash. The cost and time (2 days) was agreed upon and he came back the following Monday to start the work.  When he arrived  I set up a work table for Chuck to use in the garage and he set up his  wet saw and other tools there.  He systematically installed the tiles stopping to cut them as needed.   He cut all the tiles in the garage to avoid creating a mess in the  kitchen.  After he installed the tiles he came back the next day after the tiles had ?set?.  He grouted the tiles and when finished he cleaned up.
     He did an excellent job and my wife and  I could not be more pleased with the outcome!!   He worked the entire day the first day to make sure all the tiles were installed so the finish work could be completed the next day.  He only needed a half day to finish the rest of the work.  I was really impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail.  Good work,  Chuck.
 

all projects came out great. This is our third project with Chuck and we are looking for more to do.

It was about a year ago. And we are getting ready to call them again for another project. He was very conscientious, did a good job, and everything with, like exactly right. He worked real hard and got everything right and worked into them. They were very happy with them. It was around $3000. I was so happy with them.

I thought I had a problem with the siding. He took a look and informed me that it was not my siding, it was the roof that was leaking. He spent quite a bit of time to make sure what the problem was.

Chuck came out to give an estimate on finishing the remodel of my bathroom, by another contractor that left the job unfinished and in poor condition. The contract was agreed upon and Chuck was out on the day we agreed and at the time we agreed.. My wife and I always give leeway on starting time, the parking in our neighborhood can be very difficult. He did the job in 4 days!! My other contractor had worked on that bathroom for 3 months and didnt manage to accomplish what Chucck did in 4 days!! Managed to fix the heated flooring and install the thermostat, install a vent in the ceiling through a miniscule space. He built a beautiful and functional closet space for us. He did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased with the outcome!! He worked a whole day, not just a couple hours. I was really impressed with the quality of the work as well! A neighbor had recommended Chuck, and he met with us and gave us an estimate. The door was a bit hard to get inside but he worked through it without attitude or hassle. He sealed it thoroughly and made sure all the parts were working correctly. The siding that was replaced looked better than I expected, and the front door seal is great, too! I recommended him to a neighbor for replacement of some dryer vent, and he responded immediately and gave a fair price.

Chuck arrived at approximately 9:30 AM on the first day, to install the tile back splash. He set up his wet saw outside to avoid creating dust in the kitchen. He was very meticulous and systematically worked across the kitchen installing the tile and cutting them as necessary to fill the space. He completed the installation on the first day, and made sure the kitchen was as clean when he left as when he arrived. Chuck arrived on the second day to complete the grouting and caulking of the tile back splash. The work was completed within a couple of hours, and looks amazing. During his time working on the tile back splash, he was very professional and courteous, and the attention to detail can definitely be seen in the final product.
I would definitely recommend CAM Remodeling, and plan on using them for additional work I need done around the house.

The work was done very efficiently. It is a one-man show and he did it all himself. He did a great job with it. He was reasonably priced. The quote he gave me before the work was the exact price that I paid, so there were no surprises. I would absolutely use them again.

We noticed that one window sill on the east-facing side of our house had begun to show signs of rotting wood, as well as one porch post on another side of the house. When CAM Remodeling was looking things over to provide an estimate, we also pointed out a section of our garage wall where we suspected some water damage was occurring. Chuck provided an estimate for taking care of everything for us. There was a little bit of time lag between the estimate and when we actually were able to schedule the work, but he apologized and provided some good reasons for the delay.

On the day that the work was scheduled Chuck arrived with everything necessary for the job except for paint, which is understandable since he wanted a piece of the old wood to make sure the color-match was exactly right. He immediately began the process and worked through one of the hottest days of the year. When it came time to leave the job and purchase the paint, he was able to enjoy some AC which I'm certain helped him recharge.

All work was completed to our satisfaction. Rotted wood was replaced and he was able to insure that we had no water damage in the suspect area of our garage. The final bill was right in line with the estimate provided.

Throughout the process, Chuck was able to answer all questions that I asked. He showed a great deal of knowledge in carpentry/woodworking and general remodeling, and I recommend him to anyone who might need some "handyman" work done around the house.

Chuck installed 4 inch crown molding on my entire 1st floor (Foyer, LR, DR, FR, Kitchen and Breakfast area). He was very professional and did a great job.

Chuck created steps coming out of my sliding glass door onto my concrete patio using Trek Material. The work went well. I was not home when the work was being completed and Chuck sent me updated pictures of his work. When I wanted something changed Chuck waited until I got home. He then went to the store with me to purchase the ready made Trek banisters instead of him creating the banisters out of the left over material. He did a great job.

Charles Miller installed a ceramic Tile backsplash in my kitchen. He later came back and cut the small granite pieces from the old miniature backsplash into coasters and a center piece for our kitchen table. Everything was great. He took the measurements and didn't charge us extra for design. Lowes wanted to charge over $600 because they called it a custom design but Chuck didn't.

On a Sunday afternoon my front hose bib didn't have any water pressure.  I went into the basement and to see the problme was.  I had water in coming out of an AC vent in the basement and the access door to where the water line was was wet along with the carpent in front of the door. I called CAM Remodeling's 24 hrs service for help to determine and fix the problem. Chuck figured out that the hose bib burst. Created an access panel for an entry, cutout the open bursted valve, went to Home Depot and got the parts and came back and fixed everything including improving the exterior and interior water valves better than the builder "Ryan Homes".
