He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. He and his 2 guys arrived the following week on time and finished the job in less time than estimated. Will was skillful, clean, respectful and friendly. He was genuinely concerned with the quality of his work and assisted us in setting the smart thermostat and returned upon request at no extra charge to adjust the vents to balance the air flow in all the upstairs bedrooms. "Holtzople installed a geothermal system in 2013 to replace our heating oil furnace and electric air conditioning unit. Boy did that cut our heating and cooling bill way down! This review is about the recent semi-annual service maintenance visit. Shout out to Kevin the technician who is friendly, professional and focused. He gets right down to business and is quiet as a mouse as he thoroughly goes through the extensive maintenance checklist and performs all required tasks. He then takes the time to fully brief us on what he did what he found and what if anything he recommends. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

When we had issues with our system a few years back and the system was not heating our kids bedroom, he told us to go buy a space heater to heat up the room; after spending $31,000 on his system.
