I needed my basement renovated ASAP and Mr. Anthony met with me in a timely manner explaining in great detail the work he would perform and how pleased I would be! "If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. This company was contracted to my elderly parents house through AHS warranty September 18 or 19 2024. The technician came out to check the cold water pipe in the shower. My dad was on hospice at the time and they were told it needed fixed ASAP. The technician said a part needed ordered. Once leaving they told AHS the ticket was complete. The cold water pipe trickled out. My mom called over and over and this company would not answer her calls or return her messages. Yet they would answer any time AHS called and would always say they were waiting on a part. It has now been 2 months and we still can not get a hold of this company and they still don’t return calls. They have already been paid through AHS. They have taken advantage of an elderly couple. And my dad had to take showers with hardly any water until he passed away"

They have installed a gas water heater along with a chimney line preventing of the gas lighter heater and Changed filter on whole house filter and reverse osmosis filter and installed new faucet on basement sink.
