"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

"We had aggressive wasps around our home and pool. Initially they came out listened to our issue and treated it in a professional manner removing several nests. We paid the higher price that came with a guarantee that if they came back they would promptly remove them again. I called the second time expecting the same level of concern and professionalism that is far from what occurred.A guy came out barely spoke, refusing to listen got out some spray , spoke very rudely was here a total of 5 minutes sat in his truck in our driveway for another 10-15 minutes and then left, we received no paperwork or feedback whatsoever. If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! It is difficult for me to leave a negative review because I am a small business owner and I understand the challenges but I also understand treating people and customers correctly. "

Due to the Angie's List ratings, I contacted Mobile Wash and Lube and they were able to add me to their schedule just n time and they did a wonderful job. I have kids and we do a lot of eating on the go. Needless to say that I let the crumbs get so out of control that the 2nd row seats and floor was an embarrassing mess. The amount of crumbs and the location of the crumbs would have completely overwhelmed me if I had to detail the vehicle myself. The team came and were finished within a few hours.
