Aaron, from Extreme Decks came to my home and gave me a quote for a new deck. The price was good and reasonable. Aaron's crew came to my house and were very professional. They were courteous and very kind men. They worked hard and had the deck completed in a few days.The crew also replaced two screen doors and one exterior door. I have a very old house and the existing exterior door and door frame was in bad shape , but his men replaced it with out a problem which is fantastic! I have additional work already planned for Extreme Decks to complete. I will recommend them to my friends..

Wow! What a fantastic job Extreme Decks did on replacing my roof. Not only was it reasonably priced, the end result was above board. The crew along with the crew manager, were polite, courteous and did a great job completing the roof plus cleanup. I would employ this company again for future projects and have all intentions of recommending them to my friends and family. You won’t be disappointed with their quality work and professionalism.

I can't recommend this company enough. Aaron was extremely responsive and always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. His crew replaced my entire roof, installed nu tone vents for bathroom exhausts (and even went in the attic to hook them up), and fixed a strip of siding that was damaged in a windstorm. His crew did a great job cleaning up as well. The roof estimate was the lowest I had received by far. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent contractor, excellent work crew. Pricing was WELL BELOW several others price quotes. Upon completion, the roof looks great, and we paid less than others on our street-our roof even included a ridge vent! The crew was fantastic, were polite & respectful, and did a great clean up afterwards-a MAJOR plus when having a roof installed when it comes to nails & having children that could step on that could puncture a vehicle tire. If the options for a roof are a question, look no further-the owner will explain the options and you will be amazed that the price is still LESS THAN other companies. Other neighbors saw the work and also had their new roof installed by Extreme Decks as well! Our satisfaction of the completed roof & it's look resulted in over 15 more homeowners in the neighborhood getting theirs done by Extreme Decks as well! A job well done that speaks for itself and the roof speaks volumes. We were so happy that we have them doing our deck, pool deck and back patio (concrete pad) as well. More to post on those jobs as they are completed. The prices are legitmate and the owner will tell you, his work stands against the competition-even at a lower price. Some neighbors have even selected to have other services done as well for their quality of work and reasonable pricing against ALL competition. Call around, have the owner come and visit you to make a quote-you WILL NOT be dissapointed.

I just had a new roof installed by Extreme Decks and Roofing. Aaron and his team were amazing from my first phone conversation with him, up to the completion of the job. Pricing was better than a half dozen quotes I had received and the work is top notch. Aaron was up front and honest about pricing and any issues he could foresee that would make the price go up. In my situation, the house had a roof that was older and would probably need wood replaced. Everything was thoroughly explained and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. His crew came over and got everything done in a day. The guys were super friendly and respectful, even taking time to say hi to my two small kids. When they cleaned up it was like they were never there. The yard was spotless and they even picked up stuff the kids had left in the yard that wasn’t even their mess to worry about. If you need any kind of roofing work done in a timely manner, with great pricing, and superior workmanship. Give Aaron and his team a call. You will be thrilled with the results. I definitely am and I will be using Extreme Decks & Roofing for future projects on my house. Aaron actually just measured up my gutters today and I plan on having them do that for us next! I was having issues with a relocation company wanting me to bring my 30 year old deck up to current code before the sale of my home. They also stated my deck was structurally deficient (based on the home inspector they sent). Aaron was recommended through a friend and he came out to look at the deck. He said it was built to code at the time of construction and he didn't see any issues with the structure. He even wrote a report for me to send in to the relocation company to refute their inspectors findings. Aaron was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He wouldn't even accept compensation for the report.

I hired them because they had done a nice job on a neighbor's porch. The neighbor said Aaron and his crew were fast, reasonably priced, and honored their commitments. I had three bids, and Aaron's was competitive, so the neighbor's recommendation got him the job. The good: The crew showed up when promised to start the work. They worked quickly to finish on time. The work is sturdy. The bad: The main reason we hired them was to build new steps. The steps were not level from the start, and I didn't realize it until after they were finished and painted, and rain was puddling on the treads. On closer inspection, it was obvious that not only were the stringers tilted toward the house, the treads were cupped as well - a problem that would become dangerous when ice and snow started to build up. So I called Aaron to get the problem rectified. He sent someone to level the stringers, but didn't replace the treads. That was 4 months ago. He agreed that the treads needed to be replaced, said he was setting aside wood to make sure it was dried before cutting and replacing the treads. He said he'd be there in three weeks to finish. Long story short, he has repeatedly said he would "be there tomorrow" and never shown up. Between dodging communication and not honoring his commitment, he's thoroughly counteracted all the initial positivity to our experience with him. At this point, I am stuck with a deck whose steps are dangerously cupped and whose contractor won't come fix. I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix Aaron's shoddy work.

"First and foremost I am very disappointed as a business owner that one of my customers is unhappy. I did this this job initially at the beginning of the season. We had an in depth conversation regarding the materials I was going to be using to fix his steps. In the past the customer had used exterior grade step treads that he purchased for a project that he completed on his own. I recommended that as well for this job but being that this particular type of material was very expensive the customer did not want to spend that kind of money this time. I also suggested pressure treated step treads so that the lumber would not warp but the customer declined. He wanted to use non exterior pine instead. We had an in depth conversation again regarding what would happen to pine in an exterior climate. The customer wished to proceed anyway. After the job was completed he voiced to me his concerns regarding how the steps were placed & positioned. I went back to his house and made the correction to suite his needs. After that issue was taken care of he again voiced his unhappiness in regards to the step treads. Even though he was well aware of what could happen with this type of wood, I offered to fix the step treads free of charge. The only thing I asked of the customer was to wait until my season started to unwind before I came back out to fix the issue. It has since been corrected. During the project I even purchased a special router bit to create a bull nose to his liking because he did not like the one that I had. Also we agreed upon a certain style of railing posts which he was shown multiple pictures of. The customer and I also walked the neighborhood looking at railing posts. He still agreed at that point to use the ones that was on his neighbor's house. After the posts were constructed, the customer did not like them even though he chose those particular posts so I took the posts down and rebuilt new ones to his liking. I am very sorry that I could not make him happy but I feel I went above and beyond for this customer. I am extremely hurt over this situation and I hope that this does not discourage anybody from using my services."

This was a great experience, so happy I chose to work with Aaron and his team led by Ray. They did an amazing job, showed up everyday no matter what the weather conditions and were great to work with. I work from home so they kept me informed every step of the way, allowing my input as the finishing touches were completed. I'm very meticulous about the work performed on my house and I could not find one thing to have them change. Aaron was extremely responsive, answering every text and phone call asap. Very honest, knowledgeable, no BS, and a pleasure to work with! Deck turned out amazing, receive compliments from every neighbor. Highly recommend. .

The job went great. Aaron and his team completely removed and rebuilt the upper level, installed an aluminum underdeck/ceiling system that tied into the gutter, rehabbed the lower level, and replaced the stairs leading onto the lower deck. I also threw him a little curve ball as I had wanted to put a ceiling fan on the lower level. Aaron recommended against putting holed in the ceiling system as it would compromise the integrity. instead, he build a custom decorative beam and installed the fan on it as well as a inset GFI outlet so I could easily hang Christmas lights or whatever else I wanted. Aaron's crew was prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. Quick as well, the whole thing was done in 3 days. When Aaron came out to quote my job he was straight forward and honest. Not salesy at all. I appreciated that as the quote I got prior to Aaron's was for over twice as much and the guy was using high pressure tactics and was saying things like how couldn't really give an accurate quote until he started to take the upper level apart and see what was in there. I can't see why that matters if I wanted it torn off completely. I'd highly recommend Extreme Decks, as a matter of fact, I've already passed his contact info on to several people. I'd definitely use them again.

years. He and his workers are usually very prompt and they do good work!
If there is any problem they bend over backwards to help make you
happy. I had no issues but a fried of mine needed to tweak a few things
on their covered porch which really added a lot of curb appeal to their
home!
My house had a new roof put on less than a week after
contacting him! He had the time and did an excellent job. I broke down
my rear deck into two jobs. The one was to take down my original deck
and recycle as much material as possible and he raised it about a foot
and added an additional 10' and finally we added a section to the deck
that has a 8X15 shed.
I use a wheelchair and the modifications allow
me to enter and exit the deck from the kitchen and the shed with no
assistance His modifications have greatly added to my quality of life
and independence.
I highly recommend Aaron from Extreme Decks and his
workers. If I need additional work I will contact him first. He is very
busy because he does good work so sometimes it might take a little work
to get on the schedule, it is worth any wait if you can work with!

He did an excellent job. Ours was a small job. It was done on a Sunday. He had two guys with him. The price was very reasonable. I was very happy with the work. He cleaned up all the nails , all the wood, all the scraps and made them go away. He was prompt.
