Best subcontractors near Lititz, PA

"We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future."

"Bob and his colleague were detail-oriented, thorough and professional throughout the time they were in my home. They were cognizant of another obligation I had later that day and worked efficiently, but accurately to get the job done and done right. I would highly recommend Robert Horne Contracting!"

"The work was exceptionally well done in a timely manner. The terms and expectations were given up front and were very reasonable. Working with Mr. Miller as the project estimator and his workman who did the actual work was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this company."

"Hired KR Welsh for a basement finishing project. Rick and Tom proved to be exceptional in both their knowledge and customer service. They worked with me to figure out what I was looking for and to plan out how to make it happen. They were open and receptive to changes during the process and kept me informed of the timetables for everything involved. If I need work done in the future, KR Welsh will be the first team I call."

"What can you say other than Thank You to Laverne and his team. Total pros. Asking the right questions, giving ideas, follow through, ensuring you are totally satisfied once complete. Wow. You hear the horror stories about contractors coming in and destroying your home and not doing what is expected. Well that's not Leid's Carpentry. All subs that come in are total pros and leave you with the confidence that all is done properly. Thank you Laverne so much and thank you to all your team."

"We chose Biilt because of their ratings and the fact that the company is veteran-led. In our first encounter, they listened well to our plans, were very pleasant and submitted a comprehensive bid. They were on-time, on budget and worked well with our plumbing supplier and our cabinet, counter and tile suppliers. Workers were courteous, clean and good at solving challenges in our 150-year-old home. We were happy with their support of our militaryveterans and have recommended them to friends. They even followed up a few months later to check on our satisfaction with their work."
