"There is one word to describe our experience with JMT Awnings , outstanding! Rich came out to give us a quote within a few days after calling him. Approximately 2 weeks later he came back to replace the fabric and the best part was we didn't have to be home which was convenient for us since we both work. The workmanship was impeccable. Not only did he replace the fabric but he cleaned the mechanism and tightened the springs, it almost looks like a new awning even though it is about 15 yrs. old. He called the same evening after completing the work to make sure we were happy with the end result and to answer any questions we had.

"I called S & S Remodeling Contractors and they came out the next day to see exactly what I needed done. After I agreed to the price , the technichan  took measurements and stated it would be about six to seven weeks for the order. Once the order arrived  they came on the day requested , on time and did a great job with the window replacement. "We had a great experience from the estimate with Micheal to the installation with Ryan and Antonio. The whole process was seamless. Ryan and Antonio removed an old tent-like grill cover and hauled the pieces away. They checked to see if the placement was to our liking before they started. The entire process took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the parts, how to use the remote and care and maintenance. Love the fabric we chose and how much cooler our patio is. We get direct sunlight all afternoon into the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how it looks."

"Met with Jack Caparro to discuss various options.  Once we had decided which awning we wanted Jack took all measurements and advised us what needed to be done to install properly.  He was very helpful with advice regarding the location of our dryer
vent and how this could impact the installation.  He was also helpful with the fabric selection.
Jack called to advise us of the installation date.  However, we had to put off the install due to tree removal.  Jack was most willing to work with us on the change of date.
The install was quick and professional. 
A take down and re-install service is also offered, and we have decided to use this service.
Bottom line - he did what he said he was going to do,  and he did it when he said he was going to do it!  
Something that is becoming rare.

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

MC Weeks just installed silhouettes in master bathroom. Because they did work for me before, I knew the routine. So I stopped in the shop to see what was new and to discuss product and fabric. When they came to house to measure, I told them about a broken clip on a previous install (10 years ago). The first thing they did was fix the broken clip. The silhouettes which they recently installed in the master bathroom look amazing. One of the 3 shades came in with lift on the wrong size. We tried to live with it - but just did not work.

Called MC Weeks - told them our issue - the problem is being resolved. Their work ethic, is old school. Friendly, informative staff,
I can buy Hunter Douglas silhouettes several places. But if you are looking for Old School integrity and work ethic. Honesty and fairness. People who deliver - you want MC Weeks. The shades were ordered and received a week earlier than expected.
They have earned my respect and I will go back to them again for draperies - my next project. I do not give these recommendations lightly. I have years of house improvements, decorating - working and getting estimates - and there are very few individuals or businesses that impress me. A handful that I would take the time to write a review for them.
