"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. He sold us on an experienced crew and then hired a sub contractor that he had no prior experience working with. For four weeks he sent one guy with no help and no oversight. Along the way there were a few large mistakes and numerous small mistakes. We spent thousands on cabinets, appliances and other materials that ended up dented and scratched. He left trash and scrap outside, broken glass in the yard, and trashed our deck. There was no electrical rough in inspection and the plumbing failed the first inspection. Overall Total Home Solution did the bare minimum and it shows in the finished product."
