"I hired Luiz to remove kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and lift hardwood flooring. He then reinstalled the cabinets and appliances. Ceramic tile was installed to perfection. He also repaired some walls and painted the ceiling. Looks great! Easy to work with, very professional and fair market value pricing too. Iâ  m recommending him to my family!"

"I can't say enough good things about Marc and his team! They did a full kitchen renovation. Marc sourced and coordinated with a great GC. They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise. "We hired Carmen to finish our basement in our house and we gave him just skeleton ideas of what we wanted. I'm glad we let him run with it because we couldn't be happier. Carmen is incredibly professional, talented and creative. I think what's not often talked about with contractors is how they treat their clients and Carmen is the most personable guy we've ever worked with. He was always cognizant of us working from home and was always accessible for questions both before, during and now after the job. We look forward to him doing our master bath next. We wouldn't hire anyone else to do kitchen, bath or basement work. Can't say much other than the completed job is above and beyond what we expected!"

"Zach mis measured a foundation on step #1, made the wood structure fit in the cheapest and laziest way. Concrete pillars were supposed to be hidden under the shed (I also supplied a drawing from another contractor to go by) and they now extend past so I am not able to just easily landscape around them as well as some of the brackets literally hanging off of the pillars. A couple of the concrete screws did not draw down all the way, a normal person would find out why and fix but nope they left it this way, pictures in the link!! The foundation was not square and it is to wide as well due to this mistake. I also had to shim multiple areas due to the foundation not being level. He promised to come back and help with some landscaping and some sort of flashing on the back to help hide the mistakes and most importantly keep water off the wood, I even had him give me a paid receipt saying he will return to help and then disappeared. I have linked pictures and a video of the terrible workmanship. Would not recommend. A follow up and help with some of the landscaping would have been very appreciated. { Removed google link}"
