Craig came out to provide an estimate within a week of contact. He Surveyed the attic and gave recommendations on other considerations eg sealing recessed lighting. He walked me through the process and science. I accepted the quote and contractors were on the scene within 3 days! Completed the job, despite high temperatures. Cleaned up well afterwards. Really notice the difference already. Great job!

It was a pleasure working with NP Energy. They followed up, as promised, for the “Estimate Appointment” and they worked with me to do an “interior” Attic insulation (using “Blown In” method) as opposed to “roof top.” They “assisted” in finding the interior path to the attic to make sure the job could be completed properly. The day of insulation they arrived “timely” as projected and immediately set-up and completed the job promptly. They provided “additional” insulation around my attic door to make sure the attic was secure. The last step involved another “internal” distribution of insulation in the back ceiling to make sure the back of the house was properly filled (360 “Blown In” method). Both gentlemen involved in my job were courteous, polite and protective of my property. They cleaned up after they completed the job. There was a 2nd location (under the front bedroom via the porch) where I had requested additional insulation, but they “investigated” and advised there was some Bolsom Batt there that was providing some protection. The last action they took was to notice visible openings in my porch and he manually added corking insulation to give my porch more protection. When I questioned them about alternative ways to secure the porch he gave a “great” recommendation that is going to be completed due to his “expert” suggestion. This is a GREAT company to work with and they were very familiar with the “Flat Top” insulation job that I needed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this crew for an “insulation” job.

Craig didn’t return my calls once he collected payment. I still hear popping noises coming from my wall. His HVAC person never returned my calls either. The noises from above is only partially eliminated or muted. I live in a downstairs condo. I will have to get another general contractor or insulation contractor to solve the problem. This was what he was hired to do: correct the popping noise through pipe insulation.

We could not install the insulation in your wall due to the amount of room in the stud. After having the insulation installed it reduced the amount of sound transfer that you experienced based off of what you told me and my crew and myself experienced as well. We also had offered to install a selected area of your ceiling for you to experience the results before installing sound reduction insulation in your entire ceiling. As an insulation contractor we do not demo out walls and insulate pipes or duct work. You asked me for contacts that would help you find a solution to that problem and I promptly provided you with those contacts. I cannot control how other people return your calls especially when they do not work for us. I apologize for not getting back to you as quickly as I did before and during the job. I recently was in an accident and broke my ribs. In no way are we trying to avoid you or get over on you that’s not how we do business. We provided you with the services that were on the bid and executed them while keeping in constant contact with you every step of the way including times when you would contact me at 9:50pm on Valentine’s Day. It’s unfortunate that sometimes there are multiple areas where sound reduction jobs need to be accessed, but we did what we said we would do as we do with all of our customers."

I had a mix of spray foam and blown-in insulation done in my split level. I only had the original 60 year old insulation above the bedrooms on the top floor. Since NP Energy left, I have been keeping my thermostat 7 degrees lower in January. The results are outstanding.

Craig was very professional and easy to communicate with. He provided speedy answers to numerous email inquiries and was accommodating about scheduling a time to do the work. The cost of the work was the lowest of the three companies that provided us with estimates. The work was done two days ago, so I can't really judge its effectiveness at this point; we'll have to wait until winter to see. But everything looks (to my untrained eye) as described and expected.

It went well and Craig responded my email promptly and in a short time. He came to look at the site and gave me an estimate. Although he was not the lowest estimate I had but decided to hire them to do the work because the sincere attitude. Work was done within couple hours and hopefully this winter I will see the difference.

I had NP Energy install blown insulation in my attic, spray foam insulation on the ridge lines in the crawl spaces , and spray foam insulation in joists in the basement. Craig and his team at NP Energy were timely, professional, and very thorough. I had three contractors in to provide quotes. It was clear that Craig was very knowledgeable and was more concerned about finding the best solution. He provided a very detailed competitive quote that outlined all of the work that he was going to do. On installation day, Craig and his team arrived on time and got right to work. Throughout the process, he would call me in to show and explain what they completed and ask whether I had concerns. During installation, Craig found/fixed a couple items at no charge that were missed during the estimate walkthrough. At the end of the day, they cleaned up to the point where you would never know they were there. This was definitely one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

Fantastic. Craig and his team were at our home the same week that we signed the contract. They were consummate professionals, and cleaned after they were done. There was no smell or really any evidence left behind from the job, other than our perfectly applied spray foam and the noticeably comfortable temperature of the floor above our crawl space. They also went above and beyond the line itemized details of the contract by taking care of some ancillary problems while in our crawl space and basement. Craig was in contact with me every step of the way. He was thorough, gave us a list of options and recommendations and didn't pressure us to spend more than we had budgeted.

I called the company inquiring about the work I needed. I spoke to Craig, and he answered as soon as I called and was very polite and professional. He answered any questions that I had and came right away to look the property over and to give me a free estimate. He sent me my quote through email the same day. I needed a specific job done first besides the insulation ( I needed fire proofing done) to get my permit approved from the township to start the insulation job. One of the employees named Jeff came out to do it the next day. He was very polite and professional as well. Jeff and Craig completed their task in a timely manner and it passed inspection from the township the next day. They then did the insulation job and finished in one day. They did beautiful work. Craig called me periodically to keep me updated on the job. I had the inspector from the township come out to check all work done and it passed. Craig kept the work areas clean during the job and took all extra materials away, was true to everything he said, and was available to us anytime for anything we needed. They are quick, their work is quality, and the price was amazing! I am confident to say that I will 100% be using them again for my next project, and I have also spread the word to people I know about the great service I received! Great company and I am extremely happy that I found them.

It went well. They were on time, protected everything to make sure things stayed clean. Craig was the primary guy and he had a couple of others working with him; they all did great, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. I had a couple of estimates for the project and their price was fair. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
