The kitchen tile was cleaned and grout had some permanent stains so spot color sealant was used. Overall, it looks great but would have requested the entire grout be color sealed. A clear sealer was used. Our grout had not been professionally cleaned, sealed for 10 yrs. They didn a great job and would use again."
