We are large enough to take care of all of your landscaping projects, yet we are small enough to give you the personalized service you deserve. Located in central Maryland, we service all of Baltimore, Carroll, Fredrick, and Howard Counties as well as the south central portion of Pennsylvania. We have, over the years built a strong reputation for quality work that is expressed through our many satisfied customers whom many are more than willing to give us a referral. "Paid 1000 for a 32x16 ft spot to be lvl for a pool they did a terrible job it’s at least 4in off and when I called to complain or get some $$ back since the work was not done correctly Kyle basically told me to kick rocks and not his problem. Will be taken his company to court with pictures and texts showing the work that was paid for wasn’t done properly. Stay away from this company at all costs."

ECL is a licensed Pennsylvania contractor and a grower of native and fine ornamental nursery stock. We occasionally use subcontractors and currently employ 14 employees. Our PA trades license number is PA033245. ECL practices eco-friendly sustainability through the use of organic fertilizers, soil conditioners, and composts. We also offer organic insect, fungus, and weed control options. In recent years, we have even began to use bio-fuels in our vehicles equipment to reduce our carbon footprint.

We wanted a true landscape design architect who listened to us and then would come up with a great plan for our yard. Brent and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. Brent is a true visionary that has an incredible sense of style. We couldn’t be more happy with the way the landscaping turned out. His team was very professional and hard working. They went the extra mile on several occasions and did so with a smile. Brent was also super great at communication and giving us guidance along the way.
