I really wanted a marble countertop, and I knew it was complicated to have it neat the whole time, they provided a new product to protect the marble for 10 years which is better than other products available so far and it has ben great.

What a wonderful company! First of all the guys that came to do the job (Tom and Gus) were awesome! They were friendly, funny, actually explained the process as they did the granite and even got out the chips (which I didn't know was even possible) My granite looks better now than when it was new! I've had other company's clean and seal my granite and will never use anyone but Facility Specialists! The owner Julia was always in touch and even came the day the project was done to check on it! I'm thinking of doing my bathroom next and will ask for Tom and Gus! Great Guys! Great Company! Great Workmanship!

We received excellent value from this company. Instead of trying to "upsell", we were advised to do the work absolutely necessary to restore our marble floor. I couldn't be more pleased with the price and the job performed!

Professional and timely. The marble in the powder room was awesome, very shiny and even cleaned the grout. The kitchen tile was cleaned and grout had some permanent stains so spot color sealant was used. Overall, it looks great but would have requested the entire grout be color sealed. A clear sealer was used. Our grout had not been professionally cleaned, sealed for 10 yrs. They didn a great job and would use again.
