This will allow us to purchase materials and schedule our labor force for your job. We then typically require 1/4 of the remaining balance half way through the job with the other 1/4 being due upon reasonable satisfactory completion of the work. We are willing to work with special circumstances on the payment schedule on a case by case basis.
