Tankless Water Heater - Install
Work done to replace my on-demand water heater as soon as the heater could be delivered to Custom. No wait other than what was beyond Custom's control. It was a full day's job, invoice true to the quote given in advance. Everyone professional. Job well done. This was my first time to use Custom, a decision based on a recommendation from a friend. Now I can recommend to you.

Very well. It was a difficult installation because furnace ductwork obscured the area. However, Chris was able to pinpoint a suitable location that avoided much of the ductwork. He also embedded the drain as flush to the floor as possible by chiseling out some of the sub flooring. He went the extra mile to assure a very functional installation.

I had a time scheduled for them to come out and the day of they canceled saying they had an emergency and had to go to that job instead. Never heard from them again... Not very professional..

I called and told them what I needed done. We picked a date and time and they showed up on time. I have used this service before and they are always very prompt. They took care of the repairs with no issues. Because this is an apartment repair my wife normally needs to let them in. My wife has stated how polite and well mannered the whole crew it. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing/sewer/heater repairs.

It always goes great.  Barry responds immediately to emergency requests and he's punctual with scheduled work.  He has given me many estimates over the years and he's always accurate in both time and money expectations.  His staff are respectful and knowledgable.  I wouldn't consider using anyone else and I always recommend Barry to my friends.
