"No problems. I had Alliance out several years ago to install a liner on our furnace chimney with no issues. I believe Joe was the person performing the service and informed me that the chimney was already pretty clean and he would just charge for coming out. We're having a gas insert installed in this fireplace and I said I was supposed to get the chimney cleaned so I had him do the cleaning anyway. He was here about an hour and seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a 10% off coupon from Angie's list that he wasn't aware of but gave the 10% off any way. The service was a little pricey compared to some other companies but I felt comfortable with this company. Total cost was $212 with 10% off was $190.."

"I would like to say Anthony and his helper for the professionalism job they did on my chimney When I first called the company, I told them my situation that I needed my chimney swept and inspected I also asked a lot of what if questions they found something wrong. The technician explained everything to me that needed to be done before going any further. After taking the pictures, Anthony showed me that sweeping the chimney was not an option and that my vents were off line and carbon and gas was seeking back into my house. They gave me a start date and time frame, They called and gave me an ETA and was on time. Like I said earlier, they were courteous, polite and friendly. Afterwards, they did a great job of cleaning up and asked me to inspect the area to make sure I was satisfied with the clean up. They also sent pictures of the work and what I needed to do to maintain it. Thank you Anthony and Nu Chimney for a job well done and all you do."

"Tom was able to schedule me quickly and came out and did a thorough inspection of my chimney. A liner was needed and Tom had his crew come out and install it the next day. They were quick, thorough, and most importantly, safety, conscious, and professional. Another company wanted me to wait five days for an estimate. Carbon monoxide is a killer and no one has the luxury of five days to wait for an estimate. When I receive the estimate finally from the other company, actually, four days after TNT sweeps completed their job, the price was outrageous. I am thankful that Angieâ s list put me on to TNT sweeps. They went above and beyond, and when they left, you couldnâ t even tell they were there. Their clean up was absolute and complete, and their workers were diligent and paid attention to every detail. This company is excellent. Their customer service is off the charts.
