"A few issues arose, but that was expected in a remodel in an old house. The worker was responsive and willing to brainstorm ideas and come up with solutions. I would suggest that more than one person be assigned for a larger project - might make the job go faster. The person who was here worked very hard and completed things as quickly as he was able, without sacrificing quality. I am very pleased with the end results."

"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. I am excited about the finished project. I would contract out with him again."
