It went well. They came to install the awning but with our somewhat newly built condo, there were some issues with the install site of the awning. They tried twice to make it work, but there were issues related to the construction of the condo. The third time they were able to get it installed and it looks great! They were able to persevere though a complex installation. A few months later the awning moved a bit and was tapping on our window, and within a week the installer came out and fixed it for us. Very, very pleased! The awning that they sell is of high quality. I would recommend them!

It was excellent. He did extra work, he comes back if anything goes wrong, and easy to reach.

Installation of the awning went smoothly and my wife and I are perfectly satisfied. Installation of the sunroom was not as expected. Dario was late with the permit application and then I had to submit the application myself. The project started a month and a half late. The construction team showed up sporadically and then were let go. Waste materials layed on the lawn for a month until I called and asked them to clean it up. A job that was supposed to take a week and be finished in July did not get started until the end of July and was not finished until the end of September or beginning of October. The job did not pass inspection the first time and a footer had to be placed deeper. A few months later the roof leaked and melting snow seeped under the walls. I called several times. Each time dario said he would take care of it. His last response implied that he was no longer in business. Over the summer we had no leaks, but this winter ther are again leaks at the roof an under the walls. For installation of awnings, they do a fine job, but I cannot recommend them for anything else.

He sent a sales rep, the owner did not come. We were looking at several different companies. We had gone to the home show to see what they had at the home show looked like. He told us that he did not use subcontractors that he had his own employees do the work. We found out as they were installing it that they lied about that. The two guys that were putting it up fought with each other constantly and they were subcontracted by him. They didn't pitch it right for the gutters in the back so we always have a bunch of water in our yard. It doesn't even go down the gutter into the downspout. The worst part is that the past 3 years the roof has leaked. We called him and he said he doesn't do that work anymore and I said can you tell us who we can get to repair it or fix it because we cant have the sunroom continue to leak, it is ruining the floor. Sometimes it rains in the middle of the night and we have to put buckets out. If we don't do that then anything we have is rained on and ruined. He is telling my 64 year old husband to go up on the roof himself and dig out all the caulk in the cracks in the seams and recaulk it. I said don't you have anybody at all that can fix this, the answer was no. It was never installed properly to begin with. I don't want anybody else to have this experience with them. I would never hire this man to do anything because he is a lying jerk. When you spend that kind of money you don't think that is only going to last 2 or 3 years before you have major issues.

I made contact with the company at the Warminster Home show and made an appointment for a salesman,Noel, to come to our house and discuss what we wanted done. It was for what i thought was 3/26.. but when he didn't show up i called and asked what happened as we were really impressed with their products and was really interested in finding out what they could do. We were told that some how they appointment was made for 4/26 over amonth later..ok so a mistake and we rescheduled for 4/4..Noel again was a no show and i again called and left a message to please call me and tell me what happened. That morning I recieved a call from the owner apologizing again for the scheduling problems and that it was not put into the computer for the 4/4 date and was still showing for 4/26... again he apologized and i said ok you have two strikes but i will give you one more chance to get the scheduling fixed.. he said he would have Noel contact me to reschedule..... He called that night at 6:45 and i explained I was at work and did not have access to my schedule and could he call me the next day between 9am and 3pm...I explained the scheduling isssues and he attempted to tell me that they were so busy with all the shows and things got messed up and I told him i don't care if somebody in their organization makes an appointment i expect them to follow thru with that. The next day came and went and no call from Noel to reschedule. This is highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable. If this lack of organizational skills is a reflection of their ability to complete projects  when they say, in the manner they say I cannot recommend this company for any job. All you will get is promises and excuses and left with nothing done

We signed a contract in November and he said it would be finished in February. However, the communication was not good and we never knew when the workman was going to show up. The screens in the windows were not tight enough. The owner himself said the those were not tight enough, but they never tightened the screens. We have an above-ground basement and when they finished the job, the workman ran a downspout just down through the bottom of the addition. So, it was about 7 or 8 feet area without any downspout.

In our opinion Bath Renovations did not even come
close to performing satisfactorily.  We
suggest that anyone considering this type of work not employ them, but
look elsewhere if they want to have the work done satisfactorily and at a
reasonably quoted price.

I'm completely satisfied with the end result. There were a few minor problems with the install (it took a little longer than it should have) but Dario made sure I was completely satisfied. We really enjoy sitting in the new screen room. It looks beautiful and the quality is superior to others we have seen.

In summary, the work looks good, but getting there was frustrating. Quality of the detail work is lacking.  I would avoid this company. Or babysit them very closely. Originally told 6-8 weeks to install. Called six weeks after final measurements were taken to get a schedule and was told they didn’t get the tub liner yet. Found out from the ticket on the liner that it wasn’t even ordered until after I called.
Installation day one- installers didn’t get the faucet nor flooring in their ‘package’. They wanted to install flooring first. Went out to pick up the flooring from the place we had selected it six weeks earlier (they told us where to go).  Were also going to buy faucet at Lowes. Didn’t get flooring, it was special order, no one had ordered it. Came back with faucet, was not what we had selected. No work done that day. Contacted owner to ask about the corner shelves (we changed the shelves we wanted during the final measurements six weeks earlier). He “oops, I didn’t order the shelves you wanted, I had even written it down”.
Installation day two (1 week later), after flooring people installed the flooring. Came about 9:00. Ripped down old ceramic fixtures, installed tub and faucet. Started to install tub walls, did not have the corner pieces for them, they were still at shop. Quit at 1:00, said it would take an hour to pick up the parts.
Installation day three. Tub walls and wainscoting installed. 2:00 they seemed to be rushing to clean up when I asked about installing the two towel bars I was told to purchase on my own to replace the two they took down. They said it was not on their work order. Had to contact the owner who told them to mount the bars. Finished by 3:00.
Detail issues: 1) Did not protect sinks during work, sinks had caulk and a purple stain in it and some minor scratches. 2) No caulk was put around the tub spout so there is a drip into the wall behind the faucet when the shower is used. A funny thing, they left me 5 tubes of extra caulk, were they expecting me to finish the job? 3) Did not caulk around base of toilet after they reinstalled it. 4) No caulk used to finish the gap where the wainscoting meets the floor (is this too much to expect?). They did caulk between tub and floor. 5) Five days later owner has not called to follow up whether there are any problems or whether I am satisfied with work.
