"Response time was excellent (service was performed on the same day that I called). Diagnostic fee of $99 before any work was done. Technician was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I would hire again but keep in mind that these calls are expensive. I could purchase a yearly Service Agreement but this is just a form of insurance so you take a chance that you may or may not need one.show more

"It was an excellent experience. Jeff's HVAC has serviced my boiler needs for over 17 year. The boiler unit had been repaired many times, and we spoke about doing the replacement several time. Recent the unit failed and parts were unavailable and we had no hot water. Lisa and Jeff explained a hot water heater would be my best option. Once I agreed to move forward, he Service Team was amazing. They arrived on time and were considerate that I work from home. They were extremely accommodating and worked around my work needs. Hat's off to the wonderful job done. They removed my old oil tank and boiler system included with the install.
