All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."

"Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end.
