"Nathan and his assistant replaced two outdoor spigots and installed a pressure release valve. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They took the time to explain everything they had done in detail."

"

I called later in the day after a few other service companies with whom I had previously dealt indicated that the first service available would be the next day.  My AC condenser was completely frozen (so I had shut it down) and it was going to be another hot and very humid night so I searched online for someone else.

This is my first experience with Aire Serv.  Mark called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would.  He checked all parts of my system and explained everything that he was doing.  He was not at all rattled that I was looking over his shoulder the whole time.  So far so good on the service that he performed in correcting the issue with my AC.

Mark even installed a new condensation pump that I had purchased earlier in the day from Fagers.

I gave no rating on the price because I have no previous experience on the cost for this service.

So far I am completely satisfied with the service performed.  My house is again comfortable on a very muggy day.

"Andrew was extremely nice and helpful. He overheard that I was having a major problem with getting my familys belongings unloaded into our new apartment and immediately offered to assist with having to receive any compensation right away. He was there in just a few hours and helped make what took me and my brother 12 hours just 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and quick on his feet when it came to solving any problems that came up. He made the whole process way easier. He really cared about helping the best way he could given our situation instead of just being worried about getting paid like most companies. He gave outstanding service 10/10"

"Everything went well. Technician was very polite and personable. He was on time, left the place very clean and explained how the old boiler is holding up I have been using this company for years The company I used before them was sold to them and they kept on many of those employees. Wish they still provided a lock in price for heating oil for the season.

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

The cost of a gas grill burner ranges from $10 to $100 or more, depending on the brand. If you’re replacing one burner, consider replacing all the burners simultaneously. Although it will cost more upfront, it will save you the hassle of replacing a burner every few months, and your grill will cook more evenly and efficiently.

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.
