He came out on the day specified and got the fireplace working. This was summer and we didn't turn it on until late October. When we turned it on, it filled the house with a natural gas smell. I called John and he told me he was busy but would come out in a week or two. We set up an appointment and he never showed. I tried to call him and he sent a text saying he was in the hospital. I was unable to contact him by phone ever since. He just texted saying can't talk now! This job cost me Nearly $1,000 and I still don't have a working fireplace! I sent him an email asking for an explanation, as we can all have trouble, but he never responded."

"Rick is as dishonest as they come. After faulty installation, Rick refused to meet with me at his showroom in Camp Hill and called local PD to ask us to leave. Met with Rick and his lawyer to have properly installed pipe work. Rick did send his techs to install new chimney and stove pipe (with proper length so the 2 pipes would actually connect) after this meeting however, he continues to blame the owner rather than accept accountability. Never hire again!"

Service Oil has no installation or delivery charges - customer pays only for actual propane delivery at a reasonable market price."

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
