"We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

Plymouth Meeting Nursery delivered on all counts. The scope of work was extensive and included the demolition of all existing landscaping, a deck, concrete walkways, fencing, and excess soil. We will grind the stump and rake the grindings into a nice neat pile back into the original stump hole, however we do not haul away the stump grindings (wood chips) from the clients property.

About 10:30 am Brian called and said he was at my house and gave me the cost. I was not at home at the time. He told me he could do the work immediately and I could send him the payment. When I got home about 12:30 the stump was gone and the job was perfectly neat and well done. I highly recommend Gallagher stump removal. Thank you Brian and Christine."
