Our Arborist, Dean Bartlett, did an inspection of the property and found a wet rot and other disease in a huge oak close to our home. We scheduled to have the tree removed ASAP since the disease was advanced enough to freak us out. The crew came and did a great job. Extremely professional and friendly. They even did a number of extra cuts to create stepping logs and other projects I wanted to use the lumber for. I was being a bit annoying, and knew it, trying to get useable lumber for my projects. The forman, Gary, was not only understanding, but kind of into what I wanted to do. The entire service was professional and friendly from soup to nuts!

Waste of thousands of dollars. Had someone out for $125.00 and he cured the bushes of disease they couldn't.

Overall experience was very good from start to finish.Their representative,Michael Chenail went above and beyond our expectation.He is a professional and very pleasant to work wtth.His crew did an excellent job and was very careful not to damage any other plants and shrubs on the ground.

Bartlett Tree Service Cherry Hill NJ Mike Chenail is amazing. He is a true professional. He was very knowledgeable. Mike took the time to show me the problem of the tree and explain what needed to be done. He was honest and did not try to sell me anything - I did not need. I thought there was another problem with the trees - he could of sold me a product. He was honest and told me I did not need spray. He cares about the land and it obvious he loves trees. Mike also let me send pictures on my tree as I tried to correct the problem of another "tree guy" install of my trees. Mike returned every call. I have already agreed to have Mike come in the fall to air spade my trees. "Tree Guys"- I called four tree services to help me with my trees . I thought my trees were dying. Not one showed up on time to look at my trees. And some never showed . Bartlett Tree Service - shows up on time! Bartlett tree service is the company to call for all your trees needs. Ask for Mike. I was given their number by my lawn company as a referral. I called the company and got immediate scheduled time and date for a free consultation. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the service needed and gave me a very good competitive quote in a proposal format. The crew came as schedule and was very courteous, and professional, neat and efficient in their work. Even though it was one of the hottest days of the year these two men was commited to completing the job as scheduled. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone, as well as use them again.

Bartlett gave me an estimate for cleaning up and removing dead branches from a number of trees in my back yard. I got an estimate from another tree service, which was a little less expensive, but the other tree service planned to climb my trees with spikes; Bartlett told me that they won't climb a living tree with spikes - they use ropes, etc. And I feel that it's worth paying a little more for that. So I went with Bartlett and they did a nice, professional job. After it was done, they walked me around each tree and talked about what they did, how the tree is doing, etc.

They were a little expensive but did a great job. They came out and gave us an estimate and followed through with everything. We had an issue with a weeping willow and we hope it does better this year. They seemed to very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

Terrible. I needed an arborist who knew about pruning fruit trees because my apple tree was no longer producing viable fruit. They just clipped a little here and there. I could have done that for nothing. When my tree started to produce apples that were deformed and mealy, I called back and complained. I was told that the arborist would contact me. No response. I called again. No response. So, now I have an apple tree with no viable fruit and I am $600 poorer. Do not use these guys.

They were good. The only issue we had was that they could have done a better job cleaning up the logs. Other than that it was fine.
