The service works very well - we have little to no spiders or bugs, or they are dead if I do see them. Stephen is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We have regular appts but if I need additional service, he makes time right away. For the summer, we added on the flea, tick and mosquito service - also because we just got a puppy.
