The service works very well - we have little to no spiders or bugs, or they are dead if I do see them. Stephen is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We have regular appts but if I need additional service, he makes time right away. For the summer, we added on the flea, tick and mosquito service - also because we just got a puppy. Overall, a great value and makes me feel more comfortable in my home."
"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses.
